Replacement Lippert 368446 Motor Needed for Front Slideout on a 2014 Jayco Motorhome

Question:

My motor slide out is almost gone. The serial number of my motor slide out is 1010000188 or replacement 368446 the power gear compagnies. I would like to now if I can use the replacement number 523900 power gear also. If I look into the electric the got the same 17 amps . By the way my motorhome has only 15000 miles on it.

I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that there is a replacement option for your slide out motor, but unfortunately there aren't any motors that have higher torque ratings available. The replacement 368446 motor you referenced is part # LC368446 on our site.

Since your mileage is so low I would try checking any warranty that you have on your motorhome to see if there is anything that can be done about a replacement. It is a little unlikely as your motorhome is a 2014 but it is worth a shot.
