We do have a few potential options for you, but the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80383 that you mentioned is made to fit a 2017 - 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a 6-3/4 " bed. So this would not be compatible with your truck in the first place.
If you are looking for a retractable cover that will be compatible with the multi function tailgate, we recommend the Mountain Top EVO-M Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # MNT96FR. This is a very solid manual retract aluminum cover.
We do carry several other Tonneau Covers which will be compatible with the Ram Multi-Function Tailgate. I have listed a few compatible covers below.
