Troubleshooting A Blue Ox Patriot RF Controller That Isn't Powering On

Question:
Does the brake controller have an internal battery? Mine does not indicate a signal, I replaced the fuse, is there something else?

The RF controller of your Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR doesn't have an internal battery and requires a 12v outlet for power. If you've already checked the fuse in the power cord and it still isn't getting power then I recommend checking that the fuse for the outlet itself didn't blow. You can try plugging the RF controller into a different vehicle's 12v outlet to see if it powers on and syncs to the system. If not then you may need to reach out to Blue Ox for a replacement RF controller.
