Whats the correct oil seal for this? I always like to have extra seals on hand so I don't have to wait to make any repairs.

To replace the oil seal on the 13" Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD77VR you need the part # XLPROLUBE2440SEAL.
It's an excellent idea to keep spare of these common replacement parts to make projects quicker like you said.
