Question:

Fogatti Instashower 8 Plus,it shows no codes but when running it starts to pulsate the flame from full to low. The exhaust fan will be strong and to low pressure and not get hot water from the heater. PS right out of the box brand new

It sounds like the ignitor and fan on your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR are working, but you are not getting consistent gas pressure. This could be due to a few things. The first thing you will want to do is verify that you are getting 12v power to the unit. Also ensure that you have a solid ground on good clean metal free of paint or corrosion.

If all of that checks out, another likely cause is that you are not getting correct gas pressure. We suggest having a technician check the gas pressure to ensure you're getting 11" WC. If not your regulator will need to be adjusted or replaced.

Once all of this is checked and in working order I suggest you contact the manufacturer to further troubleshoot/replace the unit since the issue would have to be internal at this point.
