Will the Roadmaster Battery disconnect for a 2022 Buick Encore GX listed on your webpage work on a 2024 Encore GX Avenir AWD? Thanks for your help

Yes, it will. The Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Flat Tow Brake System item # RM-766 is not only compatible with your 2024 Buick Encore GX but it is recommended to be used by Roadmaster. This a great part that makes disconnecting and reconnecting your battery extremely simple.
Here are some other parts you will need to flat tow your 2024 Buick Encore GX:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar 2" Hitch - 6,500 lbs item # BX7380
Base Plate Kit - Blue Ox Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # BLU84UR
Wiring Harness - Demco 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit w/ 7-Wire to 6-Wire Coiled Connector item # DM9523010-54
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes.
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.

The shop that hooked up my 2024 Buick Encore GX said the 4 diode kit would not work on the 20204 model because of the computer control of the taillights. So I was stuck with the Demco rear window taillight with a suction cup, which really sucks! (pun intended). I checked with a different shop and he said this is common on 2024 models. You show the Demco diode kit as fitting my car and the Roadmaster as not confirmed to fit. Do you have a confirmed diode install on a 2024 car that worked?

2024 Buick Encore GX owner’s manual requires that "negative battery terminal" be disconnected. The negative terminal configuration is not normal. There is a bracket attached to the terminal that (a) connects the negative ground to the chassis and (b) connects another "wire to something else". Should the negative ground (a) be disconnected from the terminal bracket leaving the "other wire to something else” connected or should the bracket on the terminal be disconnected causing both the ground (a) and "other wire to something else” (b) to be disconnected?
