How Do the Arms on the Curt Adjustable Tow Bar Fold In for Storage

Question:
Do the bolts need to be loosened to fold it for storage? I torqued them to 31 ft lb and the A-Frame is solid wont fold.

Yes, you'll need to loosen those top bolts on the Curt Adjustable Tow Bar # C19745 to get the arms to fold in.
