Wrench/Socket Size to Adjust Socket Bolts on a 10K Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System

Question:
I can not get the spring arm mechanism to move on the hitch. It is a new hitch. What size socket or wrench do I need for these nuts so I can break them free? It is a 10k lb equalizer sway control hitch, model 90-00-1000. Thank you

According to my research, you will need a 15/16" wrench (or socket) to adjust the socket bolts on your 10K Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET.
