Hinge that Can be Used on Legend Trailer Ramp

I would like to know if you have a hinge you could recommend? I have a Legend aluminum trailer that has a 2 piece ramp. It hauls a Honda Talon side by side of a golf cart. the tube is 1.5X1.5x1/8 thick. I can modify the width if need be. Thank you

The Polar hinge part # PLR1902 would be a great option. This is a heavier duty hinge that would easily do the job.

The Ramp Door Hinge #PLR1902 does require welding of both portions. The tab gets welded as you stated to one side and the outside cylinders get welded to the opposite side. I've attached a couple pictures to assist.
