Question:

My Jensen am fm cd DVD player will not turn all the way on, power button lit up and Jensen shows in the window and nothing more. It won’t let me turn it back off either. This is in a 2019 grand design camper

If your Jensen RV Stereo # JWM70A isn't fully powering on then the first thing I recommend doing unscrewing it from the wall and removing the fuse to let the system fully reset. While it's out you can also remove the wire harness and check pin 15 to see if you're getting a full 12 volts to the stereo with a multimeter # PT89ZR. You can use pin number 16 for the ground test lead on the meter.

If you're not getting a full 12 volts then the power source or wiring between it and the stereo is the issue. If you are then the fuse could be damaged but not fully blown so you can try replacing the fuse. If after all this the stereo still isn't properly operating then it has some kind of internal issue and would need to be replaced.
