Options For Replacing A Jensen JWM72A

Question:

I have a Jensen JWM72A in by Trailer and it drives me crazy. Sometimes it will send a movie from a DVD to my TV and sometimes it wont and I cant figure out what gets in the way. It has a USB port and I have put a flash drive into the port with mp3 files music and another on with movie files but in neither case will it recognize or do anything. I want a better system. I want to be able to play DVDs and play music off a flash drive as well as movies from a flash drive and play sound from my onboard computer. So is there such a unit that works and is easier to manage than this Jensen Unit? recommendations please.
