Hi, could you confirm that the e88SR 26inch leaf spring will fit my 2022 KZ 191bhk? This is just a maintenance replacement- should I replace the mounting and u-bolts, too? Thanks, so much!

Finding the correct replacement leaf springs requires measuring their length and knowing your axle capacity. It would be great if I could confirm replacement parts based on the year, manufacturer, and model but unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

You can get the length of your leaf springs by measuring spring eye to spring eye, and your axle capacity from the tag on your axle. I have attached an article below which shows how to measure your leaf springs. You may also be able to get this information if you call the manufacturer and give them your VIN number.

Some specs are listed online for your 2022 Sportsmen Classic 191BHK, such as the GVWR of 4,000 lbs. Based on this information it is safe to say you do not have 6,000 lb axles and the # e88SR would not be the correct replacement. Assuming you need a 26" leaf spring the # e48SR is probably what you need instead.

A replacement U-bolt kit would also be a good idea. You may find that you can't get the factory U-bolts off and need to cut them which would definitely mean a replacement is required. If you have a 3,500 or 4,000 lb axle with a 2-3/8" diameter you can use the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23002. This has galvanized plates and zinc-plated hardware for corrosion resistance.

While you're at it, I also recommend adding the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit # K71-358-00. This comes with wet bolts, steel bushings, and 1/2" thick shackle straps. This is a simple upgrade that will help prevent failure and keep your suspension in good working order.
