Question:

My 2021 Equinox battery keeps going dead I try to start at each fill up as the manual says but battery’s is dead. I have the charging line with a 10 gauge wire to my 7 pin plug. It’s putting out 13.55 bolts at the plug is there anything you can recommend?

First you will want to check the Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to ensure power is getting to the battery. You may have an issue that the circuit breaker is faulty or one of the wires is damaged or not connected properly. If you find out you are getting battery voltage off your motorhome all the way to your battery on your 2021 Chevrolet Equinox you will want to check the amount of amperage. You may need to install the Motorhome Side # RM-156-75 charge line as the wiring on the motorhome may be restricting the amount of power allowed to flow to the charge line connector on your 7-way. You Equinox should not pull more power when being flat towed than this charge line can provide.
