I would like to find a Stainless or Chrome trim ring that is suitable to use with this light. Will A5TRSSB fit this light? Is there a version of this light that uses Chrome or Stainless instead of the black for the flange?

The # A5TRSSB ring will not work with the GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL101RCFB. The GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL101RCFB already has a built-in ring which prevents you from using the stainless steel ring.
What you would need to do is use the GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL101RCB with the Stainless Steel Trim Ring for Optronics STL101-Series Trailer Tail Lights # A101TRSSB.
