Will this kit fit Lippert 7k axles? I have attached the manufacturing tag. Also would I need a controller that can do electric over hydraulic or is a electric one ok?

Yes, the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers # HSE7K-TR1SO will fit over hubs with an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern on your 7k Lippert axles. If you don't already have idler hubs you can use the # AKIHUB-865-7-2-EZ-K. The other option is to get the full hub and rotor with # HSE7K-TR1. You will need a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic like the Prodigy P3 # 90195.
