What gauge wire needs to go from the RV 12V DC power to this unit? What gauge wire needs to go from the controller to the thermostat?

You're going to need a minimum of 12AWG wire for the Replacement Single Zone Controller for Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner Setup w/ 2 Fan Speeds # FR86NR.
To connect it to the thermostat, you'll just need to connect the 4 wires labeled "to wall thermostat" and you'll be set. I've also included a wiring diagram for you to check out as well.
