According to my research it looks like your current High Pointe microwave measures 19.1 x 14.8 x 11.3 so for a replacement I recommend the following:

- High Pointe Standard RV Microwave w/ Trim Kit - Stainless Steel # HP59ZR

This is rated for 900W like your current microwave and it also measures 19-1/8" wide x 11-1/2" tall x 14-13/16" deep so it should be pretty comparable to the microwave you have now.
