Is there anyway i can use a 16x6 8-6.5 4.88 dual wheel on a 4.77 axel?

There are centric rings you can find which will allow you to mount a Wheel # AM20790 having a 4.88" pilot diameter on a axle designed for 4.77" pilot holes. You will need to locate these centric rings as they are not something we currently carry. We also have the Wheel # LHHA420 with the 4.75" pilot hole size you are looking for if you do not want to use the additional part.
