Replacement Bunk Bracket for Boat with Wood Bunks 2x6
Updated 07/31/2023 | Published 07/30/2023 >
Question:
I am looking for replacement bunk brackets for my tandem axle ranger trail boat trailer. The existing ones have failed. The bunks being replaced as well are 2x6 dimensions and the existing brackets are about 5 wide for the bunks. Do you have a recommended bracket for that width of bunk? Is aluminum a better strength? Option? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
For replacement bunk brackets you could use our CE Smith Swivel Brackets # CE10000G-4. These are steel and will work great with your wood bunks.
