Looking for a 2007 ranger boat trailer connector coming from trailer. Is a 5 connector but has 7 wires coming from it. Have a picture but can’t see how to send on this

It sounds like your 5-way is going to have 2 ground and 2 running light wires which run down each side of the trailer. If you only need to replace the connector end I recommend using the Hopkins 5-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM47913. This connector only has 5 wires but you will simply combine the duplicate wires from your trailer into the single wire on the connector end. The Heat Shrink Connectors # DW05744-5 will help make a weather tight connection.
