I have a 2016 Keystone Laredo and the pick lights above my couch and recliner have faded out. I measured the lens and it’s closer to 5” but the base opening is 3”. Mine also have only 6 led lights …can you suggest a proper replacement?

We unfortunately do not carry a replacement bulb for your current lights but you could easily just replace it with the Gustafson 12V RV LED Puck Light # 277-000341 that you were looking at. Even though it's a surface mount design instead of recessed you wouldn't know the difference since it's the same diameter. This just means you'll have a little extra space behind the light for the wiring. You'll want to use some butt connectors # DW05744-5 to complete your wiring connections. The amount of LED's isn't really a big factor, aside from the # 277-000341 being slightly brighter.
