Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Class II hitch, part # 36538 does indeed make use of existing holes, but the hole used for the forward-most attachment point will need to be enlarged with a 1/2 inch drill bit. The exhaust does not need to be dropped, but one of the exhaust hanger bolts is replaced with a longer bolt.
If you will be towing with your XTS, I would recommend a ball mount like # C45503. You will also need a hitch ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball. To complete your trailer setup, you would also need to install a 4-pole trailer wiring harness using # C59236.
I have linked you to a copy of the installation instructions for you to review.
