The video suggests that the WD system can be adjusted according to the actual tongue weight. How is this done?

Using a different amount of washers in the head of the Reese weight distribution system part # RE34FR will allow you to adjust how much spring bar tension is used. The more washers are used the further down the bars will point and the more amount of force would be required to get them onto the mounts.
