Is Dexter Leaf Spring Capacity of DX74XR 4k or 8k

Question:
I’m confused now . Are these springs for a 4000 lb axle or are they for an 8000 lb axle? I thought I was looking at 8000 lb

The Dexter leaf springs part # DX74XR are for an 8,000 lb rated trailer axle. Individually that would mean they would be rated at 4,000 lbs.
