That is a very neat trailer! I am happy to try and help you along. With an axle that old, it may prove very difficult to find parts that are directly compatible. A lot of parts they used back then are more or less obsolete now. A majority of the electric bake kits we sell will use either a 4 or 5 bolt flange. We do not offer any brakes that use a 6 bolt flange.
That said we may still have some options for you. We do offer replacement spindles with a pre welded brake flange like part # TRU77FR. This is a standard 3,500 lb axle spindle with a 4 bolt brake flange. This would go with the brake kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. Keep in mind that the trailer would have to be taken to a professional welder/ axle shop for that kind of work.
We could also look at replacing the axle entirely. I would want to confirm some specs with you before I could recommend a replacement axle. Specifically I would need the hub face length and weight capacity of the current axle. If you want to look into replacing the axles feel free to reach out to me directly with some specs and I am happy to see what I can offer you.
