Expert Reply:
If water is leaking into the trailer from your Furron AC Unit # FR58PR then you either have a clog in the drain holes in the bottom of the pan or your gasket has failed. You can remove the shroud and check for obstructions clogging the drain holes, which are randomly throughout the pan to allow condensation to leak out onto the roof.
If there are no obstructions then the roof gasket has most likely failed and is allowing the condensation that's on the roof to leak in. You can unbolt the unit from the roof and replace the gasket with the Valterra Foam Weather Stripping for RV Air Conditioners # A10-1414. I would also check that the original gasket was properly depressed when the unit was initially installed otherwiseit could just be too loose and allowing water in.
