Question:

I have a 2023 f450 and the back end says, photo attached. I had a 22 f450 and had 5k bags on it but it helped a little. What options are out there?

The best option for your 2023 Ford F-450 is the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F95FV you were looking at. You have surprisingly little sag already so the addition of the air bags will help level you out the rest of the way. Since these are the red label, they have 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity which is quite a bit more than what you had on your 2022.

I also recommend adding a compressor if you don't have one already. The Firestone Air Command # F2168 is a heavy duty compressor with a max air pressure of 150 psi which is the max adjustable pressure for the red label bags. This is a dual path system so you can adjust the air springs independently or equally.
