Maxxair unit. Cant find model #. Fan works w multiple speeds, but vent wont open. Manual knob on inside turns, but vent does not operate. Inside bezel size is 16 inches. Picture shows outside dimensions. What part do I need? Thank You for any help. I can order today.

It sounds like the lift motor of your MaxxAir RV roof vent isn't working and is in need of replacing. We have that part with # MA10-20270.
