What Would Cause Rear Tires of Tandem Axle Trailer to Wear Out in Middle

I have a 2019 Springdale 26ft dual axle Rv travel trailer with around 3000 miles towed. The tires on the rear axle a worn almost smooth on the inside. I’m wondering what’s some probable causes?

That sounds like the trailer is being towed nose high which is putting too much weight on the rear axle and wearing out the tires of it.
