Does this drag or scrape the ground going in and out of driveways?

Unless you have an extremely steep driveway you will not hit or drag the ground on your 2023 Tesla Model 3 with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e33ZR.

The # e33ZR is directly under the bumper so you will only lose a couple inches of ground clearance. So unless you are immediately going on a very steep incline you won't have any issues hitting the ground.

The Curt hitch part #C45FR is a confirmed for your 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range. I wasn't able to find any reviews that said it didn't fit the Long Range models.
