It won't. Go online and check out the Magnuson-Moss Federal Warranty Act.

The act states (I'm paraphrasing here) that vehicle manufacturers cannot deny warranty coverage because of vehicle modifications you've made UNLESS the modifications you've made actually caused the problem you're seeking warranty coverage to fix.

A front hitch is simply bolted to the frame at the front of the vehicle, and won't interface with any of the vehicle's electrical or mechanical systems, so it's very unlikely that installing one would cause any problems (unless you severely overload the hitch or use it for a purpose it isn't intended for).
