There are individual parts you can use for your boat trailer but no type of suspension rebuild kit, no. Starting with the axle, to choose the correct replacement axle for your trailer you will need to know the dimensions of your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center; I have added a link below to a video which walks you through how to measure. The other thing you need to know is the weight capacity of the axle you need, which should match or exceed the GVWR of your trailer.
For example, the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern # e84YR has a 2,000 lb capacity and measures 60 inches from hub face to hub face and 48 inches from spring center to spring center. I've added a link below to our selection of axles for you to check out which you can filter by length or capacity.
For leaf springs you'll need to measure your current springs from center-to-center of the spring eyes, and you also need to know the weight rating of your axle. Leaf springs also flatten a bit over time, so you should go with ones that measure a bit shorter than what you currently have. For example, for 2,000 lb axle, and if your springs measured 20" go with the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,000-lb Trailer Axles - 20-3/8" Long # e53SR.
I have added links below to our entire selection of leaf springs for you as well.
