Do I need any special wiring harness or conversion to go from a Duo Therm Brisk Air by Dometic to a Advent ACM150?

That will depend if you Dometic Duo Therm Brisk Air uses a 6 pin or 9 pin connector to go between the roof top unit and the control box.
You'll need to remove the plenum to access your control box, and look for the wire that plugs into the roof top unit and the small control box.
If it uses a 6-pin connector you won't need any wiring harness to install the Advent Air # ACCOLKIT.
If it uses a 9-pin connector you'll need the # ACCOLKIT
