Are Advent Air Conditioners ACM135 or ACM150 Compatible With Dometic Duo-Therm

Question:
Would ACM135C or ACM150C directly replace the duo-therm 59516.603 without any structural modification? Do either of these parts rely on or use the comfort control center 3106463.007?

I reached out to the manufacturer, Advent, to try and get a specific answer for you, and they said they haven't been able to test specific Dometic compatibility in some time so would not be able to verify. What they said was you'll need to check your distribution box to see if it has the 6-pin plug like in the photo I attached.
If it does then you can use either the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner - 13,500 Btu # ACM135 or 15,000 Btu # ACM150.
They will then both be compatible with the thermostat.
