The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit item # DM9519291 you were looking at comes with everything you need to connect Demco, etrailer, and Blue Ox tow bars to. It is custom fit for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It fits all models including the Trackhawk and SRT-8. I am not sure what you mean by combo kits but there is no one option fits all for flat towing. You'll need to purchase multiple parts.
I have listed the rest of the parts you will need to flat tow your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee below along with any installation videos we may have:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Demco Commander Tow Bar item # DM9511012
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
