You will need to determine if you have steel or wood framing as this mean you need either self tapping fasteners or wood screws. The mounting holes are designed for 1/4" fasteners and you will need to determine the correct length based on the thickness of the door and walls. You will be able to acquire the correct fasteners from a local hardware store.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
