Normally the chassis version of a pickup has a bit of a different frame design so for your application I recommend going with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 instead. This requires you to fabricate how the gooseneck hitch is installed so you'll want to have someone with experience do the installation for you.
