Hi, Im looking for a tow hitch for a E450 cutaway with a lift gate. Is there any products that will work for this scenario. Thanks

Typically the solution for your 2019 E-450 Cutaway is a universal hitch like the Curt # 15903 you looked at. With the liftgate you will have to figure out if it will fit or not based on the placement and design of the liftgate. Some have too many parts in the way and others may have room for a hitch installation.

If you aren't sure i recommend talking to a certified welder or fabricator to see if this is possible based on the position of your liftgate. You could also have a custom hitch fabricated using the # C49511 if a standard style hitch like the # 15903 won't fit in the space you have.
