From the specs I have available for your 2002 International 3800/ic bus, there are a few different manufacturers for that particular model. With that being said, I could not determine the frame width of your particular model you have.

In order to know for sure if the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # 41990-16 will work on your bus, it needs to have a frame that does not exceed 44 inches wide. I recommend measuring your bus's frame in order to determine that it fits within these confines.

If you determine that your frame is wider than 44 inches, I recommend the Curt Univsersal Hitch - 2" # 15903. This hitch will allow you to adjust the brackets to fit frames from 18 inches - 61 inches wide. It also has the same Class V rating as the Draw-Tite Hitch.

If you want to consider a Class III hitch, I recommend the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703. This hitch will fit a frame up to 72 inches wide, but does not have the same strength or weight rating as Class V hitches.
