The Demco Underbed Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550022 is actually designed to only work with Demco 's Underbed Mounting System (UMS) so it isn't going to work with industry standard rails like your Super Rails.
Instead, you'd need to use the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 21,000 lbs # DM8550035 which is meant to attach to industry standard rails.
This hitch will function the exact same as the underbed version, has the same weight capacity at 21,000-lbs, and offers the same 14" of travel front to back.
