What is this hitch pin rated as far as towing weight goes?

I reached out to Wallace Forge who manufactures the Hitch Pin # 346H who informed me while they do not give an exact sheer rating on this pin it is equivalent to a grade 2 bolt. While this may not sound very strong the sheer strength is above 27,000lbs as that is the minimum standard for a grade 2 bolt.
