To replace your older Maxxair 8900k I recommend going with the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K.
This vent will fit the same cutout in your roof, and the remote will allow you to adjust between the 10 speeds, set the thermostat, and open the vent lid.
You'll also need the install kit # 344270KITW to keep your vent from leaking.
