Direction of the Shackles When Installing the Lippert Center Point

Question:

When installing the supplied shackles using the shorter set of holes, do you mount them with the two hole side up? If not, the shackle interferes with the unit.

The side of the shackles with two holes needs to be mounted on the bottom of the Lippert Center Point item # LC1565391. The side with the single hole connects to your leaf springs. I have linked an installation video below along with a couple of videos so you can see how this is supposed to be set up.
