Troubleshooting No 12V Power to Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater

I have a fso6b1 fogatti water heater that is not getting power to the blue thermostat wires inside the control panel The unit has power directly to a battery and I wire tested it amd it lights up however when I test for power at the blue thermostat wires there is no power

Since you have power to the wire you're connecting to the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR, but the water heater itself doesn't have power, I recommend checking to make sure it is wired correctly.

The 2 blue wires coming out the back of the unit will run to the thermostat while the red should be connected to 12V power and the black to a ground. Make sure this is how you're connecting the wires and that they are secured properly when you make the connections.

I just purchased a brand new fogatti 8 plus tank less water heater. I am getting power to the blue wires for the thermostat but the thermostat no power not turning on.

@Kevin I’m having this exact issue after installing a brand new fogatti tankless water heater. I have 12V on both blue wires but the display won’t power up. I tried the display at a buddy’s camper and verified that it does work properly. What did you find the issue to be?
