From what I could find on your DOTR12CB, it is an over-the-range microwave with measurements of 21 7/8 wide x 16 5/8" tall x 16 1/8" deep.
The closest over-the-range option we have is the Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # FMCM15SS which measures 29-15/16" wide x 16-3/8" tall x 15" deep.
The closest we have to your size in any style is the Greystone Standard RV Microwave # 324-000105 which measures 19" wide x 13-1/2" tall x 14-1/4" deep. However, it has a trim kit that measures 23-3/8" wide x 15" tall. This allows for more coverage of your current opening.
Unfortunately, there is not a great replacement option currently available for your DOTR12CB and either of these options will likely require modification to your current opening.
