Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Greystone stainless steel built-in RV microwave. Now, this built-in RV microwave is designed specifically for RV kitchens, so it's going to fit into a cabinet opening instead of taking up counter space like a household microwave typically does. This has 1.3 cubic feet of capacity inside, which is a nice middle ground, big enough to handle everyday meals, leftovers, or a standard dinner plate, but it's not gonna be oversized for an RV. It runs on 120 volt power and it's gonna give you about 1,000 watts of cooking power.
So all that to say, it's going to heat food quickly and evenly without being hard on your RV electrical system. Now before we go any further, let me go ahead and give you some measurements overall just so you have a good idea of the size. So let me see if I can find my tape measure here. Looking at the overall, let's call this width, we're sitting pretty close to 21 1/4 inches wide. And the height, and I'm including our vent here, that might be kind of hard for you to see, but I'm gonna call it about 15 1/4 inches.
And then the depth, I'm gonna obviously include from the front to the back here where it sticks out just a little bit. It looks like we're sitting pretty close to about, let me do it this way. Might be a little bit easier for you to see. So that hump there or bump there where it sticks out, about 17 1/4 inches deep. And as you can see here, we have a feet here that are going, it's gonna hold this stable.
So this microwave does come with a stainless steel finish. So that's gonna give it a really nice, clean, modern look that's gonna match most of the RV interiors, especially your kitchens, of course. The controls are simple touch controls. We have an LED display. Now I don't have this plugged in because in previous microwaves that I've done videos on, even if I have this plugged in, you can't really see that display.
But you are gonna get a display here and I'm really impressed with just how clean the panel is here. Very easy to see. You're going to have your auto-cooking modes here like potato, popcorn, pizza, reheat, frozen dinners and beverage. So you have those there. But a clear number pad, button for your clock and to set it. And it does also feature a child lock option so you can deactivate that panel. So if a kid comes by and accidentally pushes on this, they're not gonna activate anything. 10 power levels, express setting. So very easy to use. And as you saw, this is a push release paddle here to open that up. You've got your turntable with the glass table in there so that's going to turn to make sure that your food gets heated evenly. Again, 1.3 cubic feet capacity inside. So overall this is gonna be, in my opinion, a solid choice for you to consider if you're looking for like a direct replacement for an existing built-in RV microwave or maybe you're upgrading to something that looks better with that stainless steel finish, it's gonna work reliably and it's designed specifically for that RV life. So again, this isn't really meant to be a countertop unit. It's gonna be best for those who want a clean built-in look and dependable performance while traveling instructions are gonna be included along with the other parts here. It works well and fit perfectly however it came without the screws that attached the trim to the microwave. Was glad we saved the screws from the old microwave. And we bought some black one to put the micro in the cabinet. Looks great.

We purchased this as a replacement for our Airstream Excella. As always, etrailer is wonderful to work with. Shipping was fast and the etrailer team is top-notch. Everything went well, the only thing I can complain about is there were no screws sent to attach the front face vent to the microwave or to the cabinet of the trailer.

It arrived dented and the door jammed

It appears the box was dropped. Two legs were broken and the bottom metal plate is bent.
The microwave was as advertised. Very nice and fit the space in our travel trailer perfect. Shipping was fast and the unit was very well package. We love it.
The bottom of the box it was shipped in was damaged and held on by a piece of tape. There was no damage to the microwave, plugged it in the house and it worked. The trim piece that goes around the microwave was bent, I used my old one as it was the same brand and model of the one I bought. Already installed in my RV.

This is a 100% perfect replacement for the Advent MW912B, with an upgraded keypad and door. It looks great and fits the original trim kit.
I ordered this microwave the afternoon of 4/22 & it arrived just before noon on 4/25! With a little help from my wife we had it installed in our camper by 2 P.M.(would have been sooner but it started raining)! Popped in some pizza rolls to make sure it worked, it did! Had a power surge while traveling in Arizona last year. It took out the Dometic microwave. Could not find a replacement Dometic that would fit in the cabinet so went without for some time. Researched many different microwaves from different RV accessory businesses and could not find anything that would not require modificaiton of the cabinet. Finally went on etrailer.com and found much more information regarding dimensions of unit and dimensions of the trim kit. Read many reviews and determined the Greystone unit would work for us. Placed the order, it arrived in less than a week, installed it with absolutely no difficulty and I am now a happy camper. It is a little smaller than the original but for what I use it for, the size change will not matter. I liked the price as well. Most microwaves today are combined with convection ovens and I do not find the convection ovens worth the money.This Greystone is just a simple microwave for defrosting frozen goods, warming leftovers, heating up cereals and vegetables which is what I use the microwave for primarily. Will use etrailer whenever we can.

Replacement Greystone microwave was received timely as expected and has now been installed in my RV. It is a slightly different color than the original RV, but everything else is an exact duplicate so it was easily installed. I used the trim from the original microwave so there was no need to purchase another trip piece to make this work.
