Temperature Control Knob Location on RV Mini Fridge # BC-46

Question:

I just purchased a new RV trailer with this refrigerator in an outside kitchen. It does not have a temperature control knob. The dealer told me it was preset at the factory. I want to know if this unit is missing something or is the statement from the dealer a true one. The user manual shows a picture of the knob, the energy guide label on the unit says it is model # BC-46-E

It is simply not true that there is not a temperature adjustment knob, it just isn't on the inside of the unit where some others are more easily accessible for the couple of times you may adjust it. Technically it is preset to something by the manufacturer as they install and test the unit, but the dealer wasn't really answering your question.

The temperature knob is found on the backside of this unit on the hinge side. I've attached a video of the Everchill Refrigerator # 324-000110 to assist with the location. This will be the same for the BC-46-E model.
