Opening Size Needed for LED Trailer Tail Light with Grommet 3375626157

Question:
I purchased four of these for a new trailer assembly and need to cut openings for them. I do not yet have the parts on hand to measure. Can you tell me what dimensions to use? The attached picture shows only the lens dimensions, not the grommet dims. Many thanks.
