Recommended Upgraded Leaf Springs for a 2022 Grand Design 2400BH

Question:

I have Grand Design 2022 2400BH travel trailer with 3500# axles and 1750# springs. The springs got flat. After lots of online research I found that this is a common problem since stock springs are undersized. I found that 2250# springs e.g., US-1067 are recommended instead. I cant find them on e-trailer. What can you recommend?

I looked up the US-1067 Leaf Springs and they re 25-1/4" long so if that's what you need I recommend the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles part # e93SR which are the same length, but a bit less capacity at 2,000 lbs. However, they are still rated for more than the 1,750 lb capacity of your existing springs. They also have a better dacromet finish for more rust protection.
