Question:
Does this a/c unit come with everything needed to install? My camper is already prewired for a 2nd a/c unit. This will be going in a bunk room so non ducted is prefered

Yes, the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ACM135C will come with everything needed, besides tools and wing nuts/butt connectors for the wiring. This system works with both ducted and ductless systems so it will work with your current setup. The air distribution box will have the controls on it so the only thing I would double-check would be is if your ceiling is going to be low enough for you to reach the controls once installed.
You'll want to get a second set of hands to help lift the condenser unit up onto the roof and help set it in place. Do not drag the unit across the roof as you'll damage the roof membrane and the gasket on the unit if you do.
